We welcome you as guest to our school. Please follow the instructions listed below if you intend to register your child at the school.

 Registration for the New Academic Year is given below:

 Time of Registration

Registration starts at the beginning of the second semester for each academic year, from January and ends with the completion of the specified number of classes.

Registration processes

Students for Kindergarten and first grade

• The student must be at least four years and five months old.

• The first grade student must be at least five years and five months old.

Pre-registration procedures

Applications for registration will be submitted through the school's electronic system. Parents will be informed of the use of the site and the submission of registration applications.

An appointment will be fixed for the Entrance Test.

On the day of the appointment the following documents have to be shown:

• The application number given by the system
• Original birth certificate & photo copy of it.

Test and interview procedures

All new students should write the Entrance Test to assess their level of proficiency.

The cost of Entrance Test is O.R.20 by cash (non-refundable).

Fill up the application form before the test.

Parents should wait at the designated area till the student finishes the test.

Admission Tests

The school decides the admission test for a pre-determined date for the student to accept him/her.

Tests will be conducted in certain subjects for all grades.

• Kindergarten: (Arabic & English)
• Primary stage grades (1-8): (Arabic , English & Mathematics).
• Intermediate and higher grades (9-11): (Arabic , English , Mathematics & Science).

Results

• Check at the registration department to complete the registration process if the student passes the test successfully.
• The student's acceptance score will be announced after the completion of the test.

Required documents to complete registration procedures

• Four recent photographs.
• Student's vaccination card & a copy of it.
• Medical examination form for first grade students.
• Copy of the parent's ID card.
• A passport copy of the student, father and mother
• Photocopy of residence card for student and guardian (for expatriates).
• The transfer form must be officially endorsed.
• Certificate of the level of the student from the previous school academic year.
• No objection letter from the previous school
• Signing the registration contract and financial declaration.
• Advance payment of the tuition fees (non-refundable) through the following banks.

Conditions of admission

• To be healthy.
• Must pass the acceptance tests and not less than the percentage obtained from (B) for the middle and upper stage.

* Note

• If the success rate in a particular subject is less than 50% and the results of the other subjects are high, the student will be accepted provided there is a vacancy
• A declaration will be taken to improve the student’s level in the subject  in which he/she received a low degree.

Admission of students coming from other schools and outside the Sultanate

• Other schools:

After passing the acceptance test, the student must be transferred through the educational portal by the previous school or by the guardian and attach the transfer number in the transfer form.

• Overseas:

Certificates must be authenticated for the last year for students coming from outside the Sultanate by filling out a qualified evaluation application form of the Ministry of Education and then submitting them to the supervision and evaluation department for obtaining the certification.
